Head Hunting
CG Consulting Services does core headhunting by making use of its internal database, generating references as per the requirements and needs of its Partners. Our team of recruiters is trained to understand the client requirements & undertake extensive research which helps us to map out the relevant industry, identify potential job seekers, create interest about the company and finally recommend interested and suitable profiles to the client through a set, pre-defined process. By tailoring our search to the unique needs of our Partners we are able to shortlist the individual or team most capable of handling the challenges that lie ahead.
Walk-Ins
We undertake to arrange walk-in interviews for the entry Level positions at the venue decided by the client. CG Consulting is responsible to drive traffic at the venue and does various promotional activities to ensure enough and more footfalls at the Walk-in venue. (if required by our Clients).
Advertisements
CG Consulting Services undertakes to advertise on its client's behalf and carry out the entire process, including initial interviews. Alternately, if a client advertises himself, the screening of profiles can be outsourced to CG Consulting Services.
Campus Hiring
CareerGrade Consulting Services reaches out to a large number of IT/NON IT/Engineering / Pharmacy etc. campuses across the country to facilitate campus hiring for its Partners. The final campus list is mutually decided between CG Consulting & the Partners. We provide for all the general facilities at the venue for the smooth functioning of the process.
Provider For Foriegn Language Expert
We provide Full time/Part time Foreign Language experts (Native-Non Native) as per the client requirements.
Add On Services
We also provide background check services on very nominal price to our prestigious Partners. We follow this process diligently to keep in mind all labor laws related to it. For start-up organization our expert team helps to streamline their HR department.
PROCESS OF RECRUITMENT

Sourcing Step 1We use mix channel of sourcing, including Social networking, industry references, pool of database and various job portals, after getting JDs from our client we don’t directly jump on portal, infact we analyze the profile and as per nature of profile we make strategy to source right profiles, we are majorly dependent on references and Social networking.

Line Up. Step 2“ CG Consulting Services ”, will ensure, on a best-efforts basis, that all candidates shortlisted by the Client are lined-up as per the schedule provided by the Client to the CG Consulting Services.

Follow-Up with the Client Step 3Copies of all communication with candidates including call letter, offer letter, appointment letter, etc. have to be sent to " CG Consulting Services” for follow-up, records and reference, as the case may be. Subsequent to selection of candidate(s) fielded/lined-up by “ CG Consulting Services” we shall stay in close contact with the candidate till their joining and keep you posted of the same.

Replacement Step 4“ CG Consulting Services” will offer suitable free-of-cost replacement of the candidate in case she/he leaves the Client organization within 90 days from the date of her/ his joining the organization. This does not apply to cases where the Client terminates the services of the candidate for any reason whatsoever after confirming her/ his appointment. The final selection of the replacement candidate offered by “ CG Consulting Services” is entirely at the sole discretion of the Client and “ CareerGrade” shall have no further responsibilities or liabilities to the Client in this regard.

Selection & Offer etc. Step 5The final selection of the candidate, salary finalization, offer etc. is entirely at the sole discretion of the Client. However, CG Consulting Services can also assist in this regard, as and when requested by the Client.
